These are your tasks:

• Development of data-based recommendations for action for our strategy department
• Conducting in-depth data analyses for our clients and our own team
• Participation in external and internal projects – from planning to follow-up
• Support in customer consulting and offer preparation
• Creation of reports, result presentations, and dashboards
• Close collaboration with the strategy team and other project participants
• You work with tools like Surveymonkey, Aivie, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
• Professional co-responsibility for the Data & Insights area – with room for your own ideas, expansion of existing methods (e.g., panel, tools, processes), and active development of the area

You are exactly right with us if the following applies to you:

• You have solid experience in market research / data & insights – ideally from a market research institute
• You love numbers, recognize patterns, and interpret data with ease
• You work structured, very precisely, and do not lose track even with multiple projects
• You are proactive, independent, and like to contribute your own ideas
• You have a good sense for trends (AI, data visualization, etc.)
• You communicate clearly, even when it gets complex – internally and externally
• You are not afraid of tools – on the contrary, you like to discover new ones
• You might already be a mom or dad and are looking for a challenging part-time position with high responsibility and a lot of flexibility
