\n\n\nWhat you do\n\n
- Declaration of import customs clearance and export processing
- Verification of customs-relevant customer information and orders
- Customer support and advice including complaint handling
- Negotiation and communication with customs authorities in compliance with customs regulations
- Registration and deregistration of transports
- Creation of transit documents including process monitoring
- Calculation of duties as well as development of key figures and statistics
- Definition and optimization of processes and procedures in customs
- Consulting and implementation of complex customer projects for the customs area
- General administrative tasks
- Working in staggered daily shifts between 07:00 – 17:30
- Completed training as a forwarding agent or customs declarant
- Completed specialized courses in the customs area
- Professional experience as a forwarding agent or customs declarant mandatory
- Experience with the customs system fastlogistics is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
- Communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and team spirit
