- Ensure adherence to schedules and financial objectives while guaranteeing execution quality.
- Ensure the application of safety rules with the help of foremen and team leaders.
Requirements
- Diploma as a site manager AND HES engineer or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience of 7 years in managing asphalt paving works.
- Ability to negotiate, assertiveness, autonomy, rigor, and solution-oriented.
- Sense of responsibility, organization, team spirit, and good stress resistance.
- Perfect command of the French language spoken and written and a driving license are essential.
