- Development and further development of the application architecture in line with the ICT strategy
- Definition, introduction and enforcement of quality standards in ICT architectures
- Analysis and documentation of requirements for ICT systems and their architectures
- Conducting architecture and design reviews, ensuring architecture compliance
- Responsibility for ICT architectures, roadmaps and development planning
- Planning, management and monitoring of IT assets
- Definition of standards and guidelines for infrastructure architectures

This is what you bring with you
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a solution or application architect
- Ability to structure complex problems and to make viable decisions
- Enjoy working in a demanding interface function between people and technology
- Knowledge of common architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) is an advantage
- Technological knowledge in areas such as application development, infrastructure architecture, network architecture, data architecture as well as IT security is an advantage
- Experience in the federal environment and in security-critical environments is desirable
- Quick comprehension, independent goal-oriented working style and strong team spirit
- Team player who takes on challenges, coordinates them and accompanies them to completion
- Oral and written communication skills in German and English
