You work 100% in Zug

• You take over the management of the incident process in the manufacturing and assembly area and are responsible for QM reports, root cause analyses, special inspections as well as the hotline role in case of deviations
• You always keep an eye on quality indicators such as FPY, NCC and TCR and derive effective improvement measures from them
• You coordinate and monitor rework activities so that all measures are implemented efficiently and with high quality
• As a technical contact person, you accompany your assigned segment, support employees with quality-related questions and take care of the Q-Points
• As part of your supporting tasks, you prepare inspections and audits and ensure the maintenance and updating of all inspection-relevant documents
• In addition, you take on further support activities such as creating training materials, conducting specialist training and leading task forces (e.g. shopfloor)

• You have completed vocational training and have several years of experience in the quality environment of a manufacturing company
• You are confident in handling common management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and apply them confidently in everyday life
• Lateral leadership suits you, and you can define, coordinate and consistently pursue quality goals in close cooperation with the quality manager
• You are proficient in using Windows, Office 365 and SAP and use digital tools to make processes efficient
• You actively accompany and shape quality projects, implement measures in a structured manner and always keep progress and results in view
• Methods such as Six Sigma or FMEA are part of your toolbox, and you like to contribute new ideas to further develop quality topics
• Your very good German skills form the basis of your communication; you use English supportively if needed
