Why do we need you?
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to assist the cooks in producing dishes at various kitchen stations.
What will you be expected to do?
- Ensure the production and quality of the dishes offered by guaranteeing high-level quality and presentation
- Prepare orders for our patients, collaborators, and doctors (approx. 400 covers per day)
- Apply food hygiene standards (HACCP) as well as the establishment's guidelines
Who will you work with?
A multicultural, dynamic, and loyal team of 24 people who have only one motivation: to delight the palates of patients, doctors, and collaborators. The team's motto: please, no is not an option.In this position, you will join Chef Thomas Neeser's team. Driven by his passion for gastronomy, he has extensive experience gained in various starred gourmet restaurants and demonstrates proven professional and interpersonal skills. Involved in the team, he brings his expertise to everyone in a calm atmosphere.Essentials:
- Cook's federal certificate of capacity (CFC) or equivalent
- Successful first experience in a similar role
- Availability to work various shifts and until 9:00 PM
