In this versatile and interconnected role, you assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and analyze as well as comment on financial key figures. You support the team in accounts receivable and accounts payable management, carry out dunning runs, and clarify open items. In addition, you maintain close communication with our locations and the central accounting department of fenaco. You maintain the internal control system (ICS), the contract database, and the master data. You actively participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements, the rolling five-year planning, as well as the profit and investment budgets.
You work in a structured manner, think in a networked way, and keep an overview even in an environment with many interfaces. With your communicative and strong negotiation skills, you advance topics in a goal-oriented manner and find suitable solutions. You have completed a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training (professional certificate/bachelor's degree), and have already gained initial experience in a similar role. For communication with our colleagues in Western Switzerland, you bring good oral French skills.
