Clerk Course Administration - 100%
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Planning courses in the French-speaking and German-speaking regions
- Advertising courses on our homepage and in the internal ERP system
- Supporting / advising customers by phone and email
- All administrative tasks from the offer to the invoicing of courses
- Organizing / coordinating instructors, equipment, course venues, catering
- Preparing and sending course documentation
What you should bring:
Clearly: commercial know-how, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges. You are well equipped with the following qualifications:
- Several years of commercial professional experience
- You are familiar with common Microsoft 365 programs
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- You are confident in German and can support our customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland by phone; English skills are an advantage
- Very high customer and service orientation, as well as flexibility
- Networked thinking, teamwork, solution orientation, and assertiveness
- Experience in events, courses, or education is an advantage
- Committed, engaging personality with a high degree of independence as well as resilience and a pronounced flair for organizational tasks
- Interest in an extraordinary industry and enthusiasm for an exciting new field of work
