We are looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of
Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) | 50%
who is versatile, effortlessly masters parallel tasks/projects, and keeps calm during busy periods. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assisting in the development of communication and social media strategy.
- Independently creating, planning, and publishing content for social media and assisting in the development and production of advertising materials and documentation.
- Independently managing, maintaining, and developing our various social media channels and our website.
- Independently creating textual, video, and visual content.
- Handling media inquiries.
- Organizing and partially participating in meetings and events.
- Independently coordinating and communicating with external service providers.
- Occasionally substituting and supporting our receptionist administratively.
Requirements to join us:
- Ideally, additional training in marketing, social media, communication, or similar fields
- 2 to 5 years of experience in social media, marketing, and preferably event organization
- Good command of common IT tools; experience with graphic design programs (image editing, video editing, etc.) is an advantage
- Native French or German speaker with very good oral and written knowledge of the other language
- Ability to connect themes, channels, formats, and people
- Enjoyment of diversity and responsibilities, pace and communication, as well as challenging the status quo and innovation
- High personal initiative, strong quality standards, and a structured and targeted working method
