To strengthen its Real Estate Transaction team in our "Buildings" division, Jelena Radovic is looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial-minded personality as a Real Estate Investment Manager with a focus on acquisition.
In this key role, you actively drive the identification and acquisition of development properties, ensuring that our downstream areas – development and execution – are continuously supplied with attractive projects. Your work makes a direct contribution to the company's success, as the successful sale of our development projects directly impacts our EBIT.
Your responsibilities
- Identification and acquisition of plots and properties with development potential in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Analysis of development possibilities through the creation or support of feasibility studies and zoning clarifications
- Valuation of plots and existing properties to determine building development potential and land purchase prices
- Execution and support of due diligence processes within the framework of bidding procedures or cold acquisitions
- Preparation and presentation of business cases as well as decision-making bases for Implenia management / investment committee
Why you will succeed
Must-have
- Completed studies in Architecture (ETH/University/FH)
- More than 3 years of professional experience in project development or real estate industry
- Strong networked thinking and entrepreneurial understanding
- High communication skills and convincing presence
- Very good German skills; good English skills (spoken/written)
Nice-to-have
- Further education in Real Estate Management or as a real estate appraiser (SVIT or similar)
- Experience in real estate transactions, as a real estate agent, spatial planner, trustee or work at an approval authority
- Network in the cantons of Zurich and/or Aargau
