- You are the contact point for our customers
- You answer phone calls and emails
- You advise customers and take care of their concerns
- You are our voice to our customers and our success depends on you
- You understand Swiss German
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and Italian or German and French
- Partially you respond in writing in German, Italian, or French
- Additional language English is welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can mostly work from home
