To strengthen our team in the Logistics area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Logistics Assistant, 100% at the location Hochdorf starting on 01.10.2025

Your Responsibilities

• You take over the planning, further development, and coordination of the team.
• You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the employees.
• You independently and competently manage communication between all internal process participants.
• You actively support the team and department management in optimizing and further developing the operational process.
• You continuously analyze ongoing processes and identify process optimizations and simplifications within your department, implementing them actively and independently.
• You are responsible for coordinating the onboarding and administrative processes of new employees in your department.
• You consistently maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• You participate in relevant meetings and subsequently inform the team about the most important topics.

Your Profile

• You have completed basic training in logistics and ideally further training in the field.
• You have ideally already gained initial leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
• You have a pronounced sense of organization and improvisation and a strong initiative.
• You use available resources in a cost- and environmentally conscious manner.
• You convince with a positive attitude towards work and can transfer this to your team, motivating them sustainably.
• You are versatile and have a hands-on mentality, and you enjoy working in a team.
• You are open and motivated towards changes and like to make your own decisions that you can implement.
• You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
