For our location in Laufen / Baselland, we are looking for a:
Customer Service Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
In this versatile role, you will support and complement the existing customer service team.
What tasks await you with us:
- Receiving and processing service and damage reports
- Working in the call center / service hotline
- Processing service cases in CRM and SAP
- Contact person for various customer concerns
- Invoicing of service orders and materials using CRM and SAP
- Material orders for service orders and for the customer service warehouse
- General administrative tasks
What we expect from you professionally:
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment. You speak German and preferably have good French / Italian skills. You are familiar with using a PC (MS Office, SAP). You are a communicative and customer-oriented team player who keeps a cool head even in hectic moments.
