Your Contribution
- Participation in the transformation of the Customer Operations department through systematic optimization and rethinking of processes (simplifying, standardizing, automating)
- Operationalization of our new "Next Level Process & Operational Excellence" model with a Hub & Spoke approach to leverage synergies and collective intelligence
- Collaboration with central Business Controlling, Centers of Competence (OPEX levers such as Robotics, AI, Lean and Sourcing, Process Mining) and decentralized OPEX teams to jointly define efficiency improvement measures and actively support their implementation
- Data-driven and sustainable process optimization (from potential discovery to monitoring of implemented measures)
- Support in the further development of our forward-looking fact-based management including the development and establishment of forecasting models

Your Skills and Talents
- You act simultaneously as a business challenger and partner by supporting decentralized sectors with your external and critical perspective
- Analytical and interconnected thinking with business understanding (insurance knowledge is an advantage)
- High level of assertiveness and reflection ability, initiative, solution orientation, social competence
- Degree in business administration is an advantage and/or about 5 years of professional experience in process management including solid practical experience in change management
- Proven experience in communication and collaboration with employees at different hierarchical levels
- Good knowledge of French, Italian and English skills are an advantage
