Product Development Manager

The Product Research & Development team plays a strategic role in managing and shaping the firm’s global product range. Based across Geneva and London, we aim to design investment solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs, ensure the long-term competitiveness of our offerings, and leverage both investment opportunities and our expertise. 

Your role

As a Product Development Manager, you will drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will play a pivotal role in designing, refining, and managing investment products that align with our strategic goals and the regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead product development from idea generation to delivery, including launches, repositioning, mergers and closures.


• Assess proposals for client value and strategic alignment.


• Monitor products and recommend improvements.


• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration.


• Manage internal product communications including updates to stakeholders.


• Improve product development processes.


• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.


• Engage in product development tools enhancement.

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.


• 5+ years in asset management, ideally in product strategy or development.


• CFA or CAIA a plus


• Strong grasp of investment strategies; ETFs or tokenisation a plus.


• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and idea-generation skills.


• Excellent project management and analytical capabilities.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about innovation in asset management.


• Comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-location environment.


• Proficient in AI tools (MS Copilot, Perplexity) and MS Office; Bloomberg/Tableau a plus.


• ESG and SFDR knowledge a plus


• Fluent in French and English; other language a plus.


• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
