Tasks

In this versatile role, you support Flight Operations Management operationally and organizationally, coordinate central processes, and ensure compliant, efficient, and transparent collaboration.

Additionally:

• Participation in projects and independent management of subprojects including interface coordination
• Processing crew reports and preparing well-founded feedback for the crews
• Creation and preparation of evaluations and decision-making bases for management
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of operations meetings
• You act as a coordinator for the crew hotel procurement process

Requirements

• Completed aviation studies or comparable training with very good knowledge of EASA and ICAO regulations
• Reliable, flexible personality with high independence and networked thinking
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Very good MS Office user skills
