We are looking for you as Service Manager (a) Elevators – Rheintal Region OR Bündnerland as soon as possible.
Your Role
In this position, you will lead a team of about 10 service technicians. You independently and autonomously supervise maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work.
Your Tasks
Responsible for the safety of users and employees
Responsible for delivering our services according to the maintenance contract requirements (troubleshooting, repairs, periodic maintenance work)
Responsible for processing and resolving open customer inquiries and complaints, as well as safety issues on systems (shutdown for safety reasons)
Responsible for the sale of repairs including handling (invoice control, etc.)
Responsible for controlling operational costs
Preparation of maintenance planning and route optimization, responsibility for resource planning (including financial results)
Direct contact person for the customer (e.g., administrations) and responsible for internal and external communication
Responsibility for applying the correct KONE methods and processes
Responsibility for administrative tasks (HR and reports)
Your Profile
Completed vocational training in mechanics and/or electrical engineering, ideally in both areas (higher qualifications in these areas, e.g., advanced technical school, are an advantage)
Several years of experience in a similar position in the elevator sector is an advantage
Experience in team leadership is desired and advantageous
Good knowledge of safety and management standards (quality assurance, P&L, etc.)
Native German speaker
English skills are an advantage.
Good knowledge of standard IT tools and ERP
Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and resilience
Driver's license, class B, mandatory
Residence in one of the regions mentioned in the title.
The position is open to persons residing in Switzerland (Swiss or foreign nationality WITH valid residence permit).
