Your tasks

• Management of internal and external processes as well as ensuring an efficient project flow
• Technical and organizational leadership of a small team with interfaces to various departments
• Main contact person and coordination point between customers, agencies, suppliers, ATS providers (applicant management systems) and implementation partners
• Preparation of offers, concepts and technical specifications in close coordination with sales and management
• Conducting workshops, customer training and training sessions for the introduction of our solutions
• Supporting customers from requirements analysis through implementation to go-live
• Responsibility for quality management and compliance with defined project standards
• Close cooperation with the Head of Sales and the CEO to develop customer-specific, market-relevant solutions
• Participation in the continuous development of our systems, especially in the area of multiposting tool and ATS integrations
• Active representation of the project management perspective in interdisciplinary initiatives

Your qualifications

• You have experience in project management, ideally in the field of HR tech, recruiting systems or digital platforms.
• You have a higher degree in business administration (HF) or an equivalent relevant further education in project management or process management.
• You bring experience in leading and coordinating teams.
• You are familiar with ATS providers (applicant management systems), multiposting tools and external partners – or you are willing to familiarize yourself with these topics.
• Export, import and interface management topics (e.g. XML feeds) are not foreign to you.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious manner.
• You appear confident in customer contact and have experience in offer and concept development.
• German: very good, English: good, French: an advantage.
