- Contribute to the further development and maintenance of the hemovigilance quality management system
- Training and advising medical staff in the field of transfusion safety
- Recording, evaluating, and documenting transfusion incidents and reactions
- Preparing legally required reports and statistics
- Coordinating and optimizing hemovigilance processes, also in collaboration with the hemovigilance officer
What you bring with you
- Completed medical or scientific training, such as certified nursing, MTA, etc.
- Experience in hematology, hemovigilance, or transfusion medicine
- Independent, careful, and structured way of working
- Ideally prior knowledge in quality management
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form with different stakeholders
