Your Tasks
- Perform manual grinding and blending work as well as removing and replacing bolts, inserts, and helicoils on engine parts (mainly CFM and P&W)
- Grinding, reworking, deburring, and polishing to refine metal surfaces
- Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation to ensure correct execution
- Independent control and quality assurance of performed activities
- Detailed documentation of all work steps for traceability and compliance with quality standards
- Operation of various hand and power tools (e.g., polishers, straight grinders, etc.)
- Adherence to 5S principles for a clean and safe workplace
- Work in a 2-shift operation
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or manual skills with experience in metalworking
- Independent, careful, and reliable working style
- Basic knowledge of IT applications
- Secure German language skills in spoken and written form
- English skills at least at A2 level
