Are you skilled in craftsmanship and happy to take responsibility for additional smaller properties alongside a main property? We are looking for you as a proactive and independent support in a demanding and varied customer environment in Zurich (city center). We look forward to hearing from you!
Your main tasks:
- Support during inspection rounds
- Spot cleaning, tidying up, and waste disposal
- Accompanying craftsmen
- Small repair work and support during moves
- Handling customer inquiries
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering and replenishing consumables as well as maintaining lists
Your profile:
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist or several years of professional experience in caretaking or logistics
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- PC skills
- Driving license class B is an advantage
- High customer orientation, strong quality awareness, and independent working style
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
