Chef de Rang (m/f/d).

Your contribution
- Responsibility for your own guest area ("station") and ensuring a smooth service process
- Professional advice and care for guests at the highest level – from food and drink selection to individual wishes
- Preparing the station (mise en place) and ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the entire service
- Serving food and drinks according to applicable service standards
- Close cooperation with the Commis de Rang as well as supporting and guiding the team in the station
- Coordination with the kitchen, sommellerie, and other service teams for a perfect guest experience
- Ensuring a warm, professional, and attentive interaction with our guests
- Co-responsibility for adhering to our quality and hygiene standards
We appreciate in you your
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy or several years of experience in the service of an upscale restaurant
- Solid expertise in service
- Passion for excellent hospitality as well as a neat, professional appearance
- Enjoyment of active guest contact and strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured working style as well as a high quality awareness
- Flexibility and resilience, even during intense service times
- Enthusiasm for providing our guests with an unforgettable experience
