- You are the central contact point for all concerns and inquiries related to the inpatient area, including the forensic department.
- You independently handle all administrative tasks arising in the inpatient area, including forensics.
- You manage the invoicing process in the inpatient area and handle dunning and debt collection.
- You perform the complete and continuous administration of master data maintenance and ensure its quality.
- You manage cost approval management and certificates responsibly and efficiently.
- You are responsible for executing pocket money accounting and incidental costs.
- You take over the posting in the inpatient area and take care of the account assignment and processing of patient creditor invoices.
- You continuously and carefully record specific services.
- You handle the rejection management in the ERP system OPALE and IMS in close cooperation with the coding department.
- You always ensure a high level of data quality and customer orientation.
- You regularly update existing processes and documents in the area.
- You actively participate in cross-departmental projects.
- You take responsibility for the correct setup and optimization of the ERP system OPALE.
- You have completed a commercial basic training – ideally supplemented by further training in health insurance, healthcare, or hospital administration.
- You bring several years of professional experience in healthcare, preferably in hospital administration or health insurance.
- You have solid knowledge of tariff, service, and billing systems such as TARPSY.
- You have practical experience in invoicing and service billing in the inpatient area – ideally also in forensic care.
- You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and have ideally already worked with the ERP system Opale.
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form and can express yourself confidently.
- You are characterized by a high service orientation, team spirit, and initiative.
- You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in hectic moments, and have an eye for detail.
- You like to take responsibility, think along, and actively contribute to the further development of processes and workflows.
