Maintenance Employee with Supervision 70% (a)

The hours are Monday to Friday, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM - 6:45 PM to 9:45 PM 

Your tasks:

• Operational management of a team of maintenance employees
• Training of new collaborators
• Responding to requests (tickets, phone, etc.)
• Management and coordination of daily work (cleaning team)
• Management of cleaning material orders
• Quality control
• Maintenance and dusting of workspaces
• Thorough cleaning of restrooms
• Floor cleaning

Your profile:

• Federal VET diploma in the cleaning sector (e.g., cleaning agent, operations agent) or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activities
• Experience in team management
• Computer skills, especially Excel 
• Good command of spoken and written French
• Organized, flexible, stress resilient, pragmatic, team spirit
