Role Description
- Conduct initial telephone interviews with patients when they request a first appointment at the Les Toises Center
- Collect and analyze the patient's situation and direct them to the appropriate therapist
- Summarize the situation in writing
- Organize appointments in therapists' schedules according to service procedures
- Manage various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Experience as a medical assistant/medical secretary or equivalent
- Friendly, dynamic, organized, enjoying telephone contact and teamwork
- Good adaptability and goal management skills
- Good level of German (C1)
- Comfortable with computer tools
