Job Description
We are looking for a committed, professionally competent and resilient personality for our monitoring station, ICU / IMC / recovery room / day clinic who contributes with heart and professionalism to the optimal care of our patients. In a varied and demanding work environment, you take responsibility, work interdisciplinarily and actively bring your skills into various areas.
- Professional care and support of our patients from different specialties
- Ensuring and further developing the entire nursing process as well as a high quality of care
- Continuous monitoring and assessment of the patient’s condition as well as early detection of changes
- Cross-departmental work in the recovery room, on the IMC, in the day clinic and in emergency admissions
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with attending physicians and other professional groups
- Participation in the clinic’s resuscitation team
- Taking over the management of duty (organization of emergencies, patient room management)
- Proper implementation of medical-technical measures and nursing interventions
- Guidance and support of new employees as well as trainees/students
- Participation in quality assurance as well as in the further development of processes and standards
- Complete and correct nursing documentation
Qualifications
- Advanced training NDS Intensive Care
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- An independent, competent personality willing to take responsibility, cooperate in the team and support it professionally
- Ability to apply professional, social and self-competence situationally
- Quality and sense of responsibility as well as quick comprehension
- Flexibility and physical as well as mental resilience
- Reliability, commitment and a high level of service readiness
