To strengthen our team, we are looking for an initiative, professionally skilled personality as a "Technical Project Manager." In this key role, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects in our gravel and concrete plants. You act as a link between operations, suppliers, and external partners – with the goal of developing our plants efficiently, modernly, and future-oriented.
Your tasks- Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects (investment, renovation, and optimization projects) in the areas of gravel production, concrete production, and plant infrastructure
- Creation of concepts, feasibility analyses, and decision-making bases
- Selection and management of external partners, suppliers, and engineers
- Development of technical standards and documentation
- Project documentation and regular reporting to department or management
- Support in risk analyses, safety inspections, and audit preparations as well as cooperation with authorities
- Training and informing affected employees about new processes/technologies
- Completed technical education (e.g., FH engineer, HF technician, construction supervisor) in construction, mechanical, or environmental fields (or comparable)
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in gravel and concrete production
- Experience in project management (ideally with further training in project management)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Knowledge of relevant standards and legal regulations (e.g., SN EN 206, SUVA, environmental law)
- Travel activity between different plant locations is required as well as willingness to work irregular hours during project implementations or disruptions
- Fluent German language skills
