Your Tasks
- Maintenance, repair, and cleaning work on buildings and technical facilities
- Care of outdoor facilities (including winter service), disposal, and internal relocations (including office furnishings)
- Transport service with the staff bus
Your Profile
- A completed training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ (specialization in building services)
- Several years of professional experience in facility maintenance or caretaking
- Organizational flair and a high degree of independence
- Good IT user skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours between 05:00 and 22:00
- Driving license B (D1 is an advantage)
