Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age.
The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.

Your tasks
- Ensuring an individual and professional daily routine considering the needs of the residents
- Co-responsible for the activation program, events, and excursions
- Supervision of HF activation students
- Promotion and maintenance of independence, social participation, and quality of life of the residents
- Enjoyment of effective and interprofessional collaboration
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified activation specialist HF, preferably at the medi Center for Medical Education
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Experience as a practice supervisor for training activation specialists HF
- A flair for working with people with special needs
- Textile and musical skills are an advantage
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Independent, responsible, and resilient personality
