Team Assistant Energy Markets (all)

• As a team assistant, you support the assistant to the Head of Energy Markets as well as their stakeholders with daily challenges
• You are the contact person for all administrative matters and support the entire Energy Markets business area with various tasks (including appointment coordination, minute taking, project support, employee onboarding, training of apprentices, expense and invoice administration)
• Due to our international orientation in energy trading, our employees often travel – organizing and booking these trips is your responsibility
• In addition, you support trade fairs and events, participate in them, and actively contribute to projects
• Providing holiday cover for the assistant to the Head of Energy Markets completes the profile

• You have a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and ideally have already gained experience in a similar role as a clerk or assistant
• You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and use these in your daily work
• Your initiative, flexibility, and high self-motivation distinguish you
• You convince others with your team-oriented, positive, and communicative personality
• Your excellent German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good English skills are essential for communication in an international environment
