- Collaborate in various research projects of the Institute of Design Research
- Support the institute management in all administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks
- Participate in the conception, planning, and execution of events
- Advise and support project leaders in administrative and organizational matters

- Completed university degree in the cultural and/or design field
- Enjoy active participation in research activities and their processes
- Organizational talent and enthusiasm for diverse tasks
- Independent working style with initiative and service orientation within a small and dedicated team
- Strong communication and social skills as well as very good language skills in German and English
