Project Manager Technical Service HFR
80-100 %

Your mission:

Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of technical projects
Supervise the work in compliance with current standards, ensuring their efficiency
Ensure cost control, deadlines, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Support internal clients in identifying and defining their needs prior to project launch decisions
Contribute to the search for innovative solutions and the modernization of organizational processes

Your profile:

Higher education such as ETH or University of Applied Sciences in architecture, real estate, civil engineering, or technical installations, or equivalent training
Good knowledge of technical installations (ventilation, air conditioning, electricity) and monitoring of renovation work
Very good command of common office tools and technical drawing software
Excellent knowledge of SIA standards, SWIK guidelines, OFEN directives, and BIM principles
Solid understanding of the applicable legal framework in the field of public or hospital infrastructure
Fluency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language

You support internal clients in identifying and defining their needs prior to decisions on project launches.
You contribute to the search for innovative solutions and the modernization of organizational processes.

Profile

ETH or FH degree in architecture, real estate, civil engineering, or technical installations, or equivalent training
Good knowledge of technical installations (ventilation systems, air conditioning, electricity) and monitoring of renovation work
Very good knowledge of common office programs and technical drawing software
Excellent knowledge of SIA standards, SWIK guidelines, BFE regulations, and BIM principles
Solid understanding of the applicable legal framework in public infrastructure and hospital infrastructure
German or French with good knowledge of the other language
