Job Description
- Further development of the entire radiology department (MR, CT, RX, DL, MAMMO) including definition of processes and workflows
- Organization & planning of the examination offerings
- Management of 10 radiology specialists including all associated tasks
- Co-responsible for the utilization and performance of the institute
- Representation of radiology to patients, referrers, and third parties
- Close cooperation with radiologists
- Contact person for inquiries from patients, referrers, and third parties
- Operation of all available modalities, such as professional execution of examinations:
- Carrying out documentation and service recording
- RIS & PACS maintenance
- Ensuring good interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- Completed MTR training HF / FH and professional experience
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Additional training in healthcare / business administration is an advantage
- Enjoyment in building and defining new processes
- Experience in MR, CT, conventional X-ray, and mammography
- High patient and team orientation
- Strong service mindset
- Solution-oriented approach
- Independent working is embedded in your DNA
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages desired
