You will become part of a growing team at KIBAG Bauleistungen AG, water and special civil engineering. Your willingness to work, active thinking, and ability to collaborate constructively with all parties involved in construction complete your profile and will influence your area of responsibility.
We operate throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Your daily work will start at one of the following base locations: Bäch, Basel, Bassersdorf, Birr, Oftringen, Stansstad, Urdorf, Waldibrücke, Wilchingen, Winterthur. The work location below refers to the contractual place of employment.
Your main tasks include:
- Being able to read and understand execution plans
- Welding work
- Manual electrode and metal inert gas welding of excavation shoring
- Cutting and burning work
- Leading and organizing 2 to 3 employees on the construction site
- Flexible handling of travel and working hours
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed vocational training
- Certificate as foreman, supervisor, or master is an advantage
- Welding certificate according to EN ISO 9606-1 desirable
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Precise working method, resilient and customer-oriented
- Good IT skills
- First leadership experience
