Your Tasks

• Coordination and support in the introduction of new POCT devices and software solutions 
• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards in Point-of-Care Diagnostics (POC) according to the guidelines of the German Medical Association (Rili-BÄK) and the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetriebV)
• Training and advising employees in the safe handling of POCT systems
• Monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as conducting audits
• Close cooperation with IT, clinical staff, and other relevant departments
• Continuous process optimization and participation in projects

Your Profile

• Completed training as a medical technologist for laboratory analytics (MTA-L / MTL) or functional diagnostics (MTA-F / MTF), BTA, CTA, PTA, MFA, or a scientific degree in biology, biochemistry, or a comparable qualification, medical technology
• Ideally experience in project management as well as quality management in the field of POCT or in-vitro diagnostics
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements (e.g., Rili-BÄK, MPBetreibV)
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally laboratory software / KIS systems
• Strong communication and training skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers and users
• Reliability, team spirit, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) 
• Class B driving license
