For our care and support service, we are looking for a deployment coordinator / 40% starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

What you can achieve

Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the deployment planning of our care and support service.

You receive requests, assess the situation based on a needs assessment, and decide on the best possible care solution.

You plan and coordinate the assignments of the employees.

You advise customers and relatives by phone or on site.

You are in contact with specialist offices and inform them about our care services.

You support the employees professionally and accompany them during the deployment period.

Your profile

Basic nursing training at tertiary level (HF, FH) with several years of professional experience

Spitex experience as a case manager or in a similar position is mandatory

Strong customer orientation and empathy

Responsible, proactive, and resilient

Careful, precise working style even in hectic situations

Good IT skills
