Your challenge
- Central communication interface between IT and end users across the entire VP Bank Group worldwide
- Recording and processing of incidents, service requests, and standard changes in a ticket system
- Independent resolution of 1st and 2nd level tickets with a focus on the workplace area (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Assignment of 2nd level tickets in the banking applications area
- Provision of workstations and software installations
- Maintenance of the central Active Directory and user management (approx. 30% of the activity)
- No on-call duty
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship in system technology, business informatics, or career changer with appropriate further training
- At least two years of professional experience as a supporter in a larger infrastructure environment
- Experience in solving demanding support tasks (2nd level)
- Knowledge of MS operating systems, standard applications, Active Directory, etc.
- Analytical approach combined with a strong willingness to learn and service orientation
- Willingness to work alternating shifts (agreed within the team three weeks in advance)
- Low international travel willingness to other locations in Singapore, Luxembourg, and Zurich.
- Fluent German and English skills
