• Leading a small team (5-6 people) 
• Coordination, management and supervision of all activities of the Center (Agro depot, collection center, logistics) 
• Responsibility for the Agro depot 
• Sales, advice and customer service.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team 
• Knowledge in agricultural trade, an asset 
• Ease of learning and questioning the existing situation 
• Flexible, positive and collaborative nature 
• Autonomy, organizational skills, rigor and stress resistance 
• Proficiency in main computer software 
• Interest in advice and sales.
