As a Specialist in Facility Maintenance, you are the central contact point when it comes to functioning infrastructure, well-maintained facilities, and smooth operations. With your expertise, you not only take action but also think along - reliably, solution-oriented, and with joy in your work. For our beautiful suburban community of Zumikon with more than 5,700 inhabitants, we are looking for a qualified individual as of December 1, 2025, or by agreement for the position of Specialist in Facility Maintenance, Depot (100%) Your tasks:
- Operational and structural maintenance of municipal roads and paths,
- Care of green spaces, nature reserves, and forest roads,
- Support in the area of water supply (prior knowledge not necessarily required),
- Assistance with signage,
- Maintenance of the sewer network and water bodies,
- Maintenance of vehicles, machines, and equipment as well as inventory management,
- On-call duty during winter service and later in water supply. Your profile:
- Completed training as a Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ, depot specialization or a similar professional field,
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role (craftsmen/women are also welcome),
- Manual skills, motivated, team player, reliable,
- Customer- and service-oriented,
- Driver's license category B, ideally category BE (trailer),
- Willingness for on-call duty and assignments outside regular working hours,
- Ideally residing in the region. Our offer:
