Customer Success Manager Cloud (m/f/d) 100%
In this varied role, you are responsible for the further development of our existing customers and act as their direct contact person. You use professional sales techniques, including strategic business planning, comprehensive customer profiling, daily pipeline management, and closing techniques to advance our customers.
Your challenge:
- As a distribution expert, you are the main contact for our customers and support them with questions about our Technology Solutions and Cloud portfolio.
- Building relationships with the assigned customer base and continuously inspiring them with a positive, customer-centered attitude
- Developing a proactive and customer-specific business strategy to increase and maintain recurring revenues in the assigned customer base; including excellent knowledge of the business of the assigned customers
- Successful management of subscriptions as well as the renewal and up-sell quotas of customers from all business areas of Ingram Micro
- Supporting customers in developing a successful market strategy within their own company
- Driving customer growth in primary practice areas, especially Modern Workplace, Infrastructure, and Collaboration
- Collaborating with other Ingram Micro teams (local and global) and connecting with them as well as working closely with sales, platform, and support resources to provide our customers with a consistently high-quality experience
- Acting as the voice of the customer by gathering business feedback and presenting it to teams in sales, vendor management, and finance
- Developing and sharing best practices among team members for continuous improvement of the customer experience and to increase revenue as well as end-customer retention and growth
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer success
- Experience in the distribution industry as well as experience in the information technology industry and related certifications are a great advantage
- Initial contact with a customer success organization as well as experience in business development
- Strong personal sales history as well as experience in strategic customer planning and management including proactive creation and management of detailed customer plans
- Experience with business systems, CRM/ERP sales, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (driver's license B required)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others and build a team-oriented environment
- Competitive, ethically behaving team player with a winning manner or attitude and a strong work ethic
- Energetic, courageous, and ambitious personality with strong persuasiveness and great influence to achieve Ingram Micro's strategic goals
- Good presentation skills, each adapted to the specific partner level
- Excellent German language skills, good English language skills
