Your role
Integrated within the Operations division, you will actively contribute to the bank's key activities and will have the opportunity to:
- participate daily in the team's tasks under the supervision of our trainers and experienced collaborators;
- develop your technical skills and apply the knowledge acquired during the program;
- discover operational processes and essential mechanisms for wealth management;
- collaborate with several internal departments to contribute to the smooth flow and processing of banking transactions;
- attend the mandatory theoretical courses of CYP – Challenge Your Potential;
- participate in internal training on financial products, wealth management, credits, regulatory environment, risks, and our digital tools.
Your profile
You are motivated, rigorous, and ready to invest yourself in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a profile presenting:
- ease with numbers and a strong analytical mind;
- a marked interest in IT tools and new technologies (MS Office, banking tools, automation, AI);
- an excellent sense of organization, precision, and a taste for teamwork;
- a good capacity to adapt and a strong desire to learn;
- a residence in Switzerland and a solid educational background with very good results.
You must hold one of the following diplomas:
- Gymnasium maturity or
- Professional maturity in a non-banking field.
