As a technical project coordinator electrical, you are part of our specialized team and work closely with our project managers. You support versatile and demanding mandates throughout Switzerland and ensure with your technical know-how and digital affinity that projects are implemented efficiently, structured, and with high quality.
Your main tasks:
- You support our project managers with offers, technical concepts, and feasibility assessments
- You contribute to the creation of principle diagrams, performance calculations, and other technical project documents
- You accompany project surveys and support quality controls
- You operate, maintain, and further develop parameterization and configuration software
- You assist with cost control, data preparation, and project administration
- You develop and optimize tools and templates within Microsoft 365
- You actively participate in the standardization and digitization of our internal processes
- You coordinate with internal and external parties and support the operational daily business of project management
Your profile:
- Completed training in electrical engineering, automation, computer science, or a comparable technical basic education
- Solid technical understanding of electrical systems as well as control and IT systems
- Strong affinity for digital tools and interest in making processes more efficient and smarter
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel; experience with Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with analytical thinking skills
- High initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation to take responsibility and develop professionally
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and English are a plus
