Als Werkstudent:in im SAP CTO Strategy & Operations Team unterstützt du spannende Projekte, die unsere Teams stärken, unsere Kultur verbessern und die Zusammenarbeit im Unternehmen stärken.

Dabei bringst du deine Ideen, Struktur und Kreativität ein, arbeitest an Themen aus Projektmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung mit und entwickelst gleichzeitig deine eigenen Fähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld, in dem dein Beitrag wirklich zählt

In dieser Position wirst du:

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du sowohl operative Aufgaben als auch Projektaufgaben – selbstständig oder im Team:

• Gestaltung, Pflege und Optimierung interner SharePoint-Seiten zur Unterstützung von Zusammenarbeit und Transparenz
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung relevanter interner Themen und Projekte (z. B. Onboarding, Enablement, Recognition, lokale Events)
• Organisation, Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Workshops und Events
• Erstellung ansprechender Präsentationen für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
• Mitwirkung an interner Kommunikation über verschiedene Plattformen

Wer bist du:

Sie sind Student (w/m) an einer Universität oder einer Hochschule:

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in an einer Universität oder Hochschule (mindestens 2. Semester), ideal in BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Design, Kommunikation, HR oder verwandten Studiengängen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Deutsche:r Muttersprachler:in, fließend in Englisch (Business Level)
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und proaktive Kommunikation

• Du bist empathisch, authentisch und kreativ in der Art, wie du arbeitest und kommunizierst
• Du verstehst neue Themen schnell und kannst sie visuell und analytisch aufbereiten
• Du arbeitest zielorientiert, flexibel und gerne im Team
• Du bringst Neugierde, neue Perspektiven und den Mut ein, eigene Ideen vorzuschlagen
