Nursing Specialist Night Shift (m/f) 40% (StD, Residential, St. Urban)
Your Tasks
- Key worker / case management
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
- Organization and accompaniment of activities
- Implementation of the recovery-oriented treatment concept in cooperation with the treatment team
- Collaboration with relatives and involved specialist agencies
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
- Professional experience in psychiatry or social psychiatry
- Independent work, high reliability
- High empathy, social skills and resilience
