As an HR Specialist Payroll & Accounting, you take on a central role at the interface between HR, payroll, and financial accounting. You ensure that our payrolls are processed correctly, on time, and in compliance with the law, while also ensuring a clean accounting representation in financial accounting.

HR Specialist Payroll & Accounting 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- You take professional responsibility for the payroll area and ensure the quality, timeliness, and further development of the processes
- You ensure correct and timely payroll processing, including special payments, allowances, overtime, absences, and statutory deductions
- You are responsible for the accounting processing of payroll accounting, including postings, reconciliations, and controls of payroll accounts
- You are responsible for internal billing, allocations, and correct assignment of personnel costs
- You ensure the monthly transfer of payroll data to financial accounting and work closely with the accounting department
- You create reports, evaluations, and analyses for management and specialist departments
- You register and deregister employees with social insurance, process sickness and accident notifications, and coordinate with insurance companies
- You are responsible for the correct settlement of social insurances and their reconciliation
- You actively contribute ideas, critically question existing processes, and optimize HR, payroll, and accounting processes
- You represent the HR team as an HR generalist when needed
- You have completed a commercial basic education with further training in payroll or accounting
- You have experience in payroll accounting, social insurance, and financial accounting
- You have very good knowledge of Swiss payroll and social insurance legislation
- Ideally, you have experience with the payroll program Dialogik
- With your openness and willingness, you actively help shape a new payroll system, as a system change is possible in the medium term
- You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner and are characterized by a strong affinity for numbers
- You have a confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- You bring analytical thinking, willingness to change, and enthusiasm for process and system topics
