Your tasks
- You support the HR managers in recruiting: writing and posting new job advertisements; applicant management (inviting applicants, sending written rejections, etc.).
- You create documents for the employment of new employees in SAP HCM and maintain personnel files.
- You provide telephone and written information, handle registrations, e.g., for accident, maternity, family allowances, and provide information about the rights and obligations of an employee.
- You record payroll changes and are responsible for administrative processing.
- You manage the absence and time recording system Calitime.
Your skills
- You have a commercial basic education EFZ with further training in human resources.
- You bring several years of professional experience in personnel administration.
- You have very good MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge as well as a high affinity for IT applications.
- You are characterized by an independent, responsible, and structured way of working.
- You are an empathetic personality with a positive attitude.
