We are a company with residential, day structure, and work placements for adults with disabilities. Over 650 people work in our facilities in Chur, Davos, Ilanz, Surava, and Tiefencastel.
For our residential home in Davos, we are looking for a / an starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
You will work in the team of supported day activities, an external living group, and residential support. Together, you will accompany and support around 16 adults with intellectual and/or mental impairments. You will help shape the daily structure in individual and group settings, take on classic care tasks in the residential area, provide needs-based support in residential assistance, and pave the way for a self-determined, fulfilling life and participation. You will always keep the goals developed with the clients in mind and bring a respectful attitude as well as joy in process-oriented, methodological work.
