Technical Sales Representative (m/f)
As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for the estimation and sale of HVAC maintenance services. You develop and retain a client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and ensure personalized follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction.
Your tasks
- Prospect new clients and identify opportunities
- Present and sell HVAC maintenance services
- Prepare, estimate, and negotiate commercial offers
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients and their contracts
- Analyze needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service quality
- Update data in Salesforce and track commercial files
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis
Your profile
Education:
ES Technician, Federal Diploma, Engineer or equivalent degree.
Key skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC maintenance services
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in office tools
- Customer service orientation, autonomy, rigor, and organization
- Good presentation, persuasion skills, and strong responsiveness
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
