Activities
- Support of production management in planning, control, and monitoring of manufacturing processes
- Deadline tracking and coordination of production orders
- Participation in the optimization of production workflows and processes
- Monitoring quality standards and supporting documentation
- Involvement in personnel deployment planning
- Support in compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Productive participation in the daily business of manufacturing
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with EFZ
- Professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally with sheet metal and punching experience
- Willingness to take on substitute tasks after training
- Awareness of safety, quality, and environmental issues
- Analytical thinking skills and strong communication abilities
- Interest in further development towards production administration
- Experience with ERP systems advantageous, SAP preferred
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English and/or French advantageous
