Tasks
Your apprenticeship
In the training to become a Childcare Specialist, you care for and accompany children from 3 months to 6 years in their daily routine. You learn to care for the children, accompany them, and promote their development in an age-appropriate manner. You help shape the daily schedule and support the team with household management. You interact with the children lovingly and empathetically and include them. You pass on special observations to the professionals in your team.

- Interest and joy in working with children
- Enjoy contact with other people
- You are interested, motivated, and responsible
- You are open, friendly, and communicative
- You have good manners and enjoy working in a team
